At time of writing I have sold over 400 shirts. I have done this by designing shirts I would wear myself. I find hand drawn assets very appealing, and I think they give any object they are printed on a classy and respectable appeal. What might not be apparent to you is that all of these shirts are designed for a market of Gamers. I find the current market of "Gamer" merchandise to be very poor, and as such when I design I try to reference the source material as much as possible while still keeping the design vague and pretty enough that a respectable adult could wear it outside.
